These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PomodoroForge (the "Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

PomodoroForge is a Chrome browser extension that provides a Pomodoro timer in the side panel, site blocking during focus sessions, and productivity analytics.

2. Pricing & Payment

The Extension offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.
Pro is available as a one-time purchase ($9.99) or monthly subscription ($3.99/month). Payments are processed through Stripe.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent Pro features from functioning, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
Use the Extension for any illegal purpose or in violation of third-party rights
Interfere with the Extension's functionality or impose unreasonable load on its services
Transfer, resell, or share your Pro license with third parties

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Extension, including but not limited to code, design, and branding, belong to the developer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Extension at any time. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice through extension updates.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
